HB119 – Motor Vehicle Insurance
Monday, January 30th, 2012One of the more publicized issues faced by members this year relates to motor vehicle insurance and personal injury protection coverage (PIP). On Wednesday, the bill was heard in the Civil Justice Subcommittee and was passed favorably by a 10-5 vote. It’s next stop in the committee process will be the Economic Affairs Committee.
